What Is the Business Days Calculator?
The Business Days Calculator counts workdays between two dates or finds a date a chosen number of workdays before or after a starting date. The workweek is configurable and holidays can be excluded with an explicit date list, so the assumptions remain visible.
How It Works
Choose Count Between Dates or Add or Subtract, enter the dates, mark every day your organization treats as a weekend, and list any excluded holidays as YYYY-MM-DD. Decide whether the starting day counts when it is a workday; the result updates locally as settings change.
When to Use It
Use it for delivery estimates, service-level deadlines, project schedules and staffing plans. It does not automatically know national, regional, bank or company holidays, so enter the dates that apply to your schedule.
