What Is the DMARC Aggregate Report Analyzer?

A local analyzer for DMARC aggregate feedback reports. It summarizes message counts, source IPs, SPF and DKIM evaluation outcomes and published-domain dispositions from the standardized XML format.

How It Works

Open an XML report directly or a GZIP/ZIP report attachment. Review the period and policy, sort the source rows by volume, then export a CSV for investigation or a PDF summary for a stakeholder.

When to Use It

Use it during DMARC monitoring and policy rollout to identify authorized senders and suspicious or misconfigured sources. Confirm findings with DNS records and your mail providers before tightening policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a pass prove the sender is safe?
No. Authentication alignment helps establish domain authorization, not message intent or content safety.
Are emails uploaded?
No. The report is parsed locally. Aggregate reports normally contain metadata and counts, not message bodies.
Can it combine many reports?
This version analyzes one report attachment at a time. Export CSV for longer-term aggregation or open each reporting organization separately.
