Card Counting Practice
Train five card-counting systems in an organized live-shoe workspace with running-count, true-count and deck-estimation drills.
What Is the Card Counting Practice?
Card Counting Practice combines a manual shoe tracker with focused training for Hi-Lo, KO, Hi-Opt I, Hi-Opt II and Omega II. Practice with single-, double-, six- or eight-deck shoes or set a custom deck count. The running-count drill deals automatically at adjustable speeds and stops at your chosen penetration; true-count and visual discard-tray drills build conversion and deck-estimation skill at full-, half- or quarter-deck precision. Accuracy, streak, response-time and mistake-review readouts keep the session measurable.
How It Works
Choose a counting system and shoe, then use the Manual Shoe Tracker to tap exposed ranks or open the Practice Console for a focused drill. Keep the count hidden while cards deal, pause to enter your answer, and review misses beside the session statistics. Reset Shoe starts a fresh deck; Reset Session clears the current training results.
When to Use It
Use it to learn how counts move, to test yourself against a deal-along video, or as a party curiosity — it's a math toy, not a money-maker.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Will This Help Me Win At A Casino?
- Realistically, no — continuous shufflers, cut cards, heat and bankroll swings defeat counting in most modern rooms, and casinos may ban counters. Treat this strictly as practice and entertainment.
- Which System Should I Learn First?
- Hi-Lo is the clearest starting point because it is balanced and makes the true-count conversion easy to see. This tool also supports KO, Hi-Opt I and II, and Omega II for comparison.
- Can I Change The Drill Difficulty?
- Yes. Adjust the shoe size, deal speed, shuffle penetration and deck-estimation precision. A four-color suit option also makes fast visual drills easier to read.
- Does It Track My Practice?
- Yes. The current session shows accuracy, current and best streaks, average response time and up to five recent mistakes. Reset Session clears those local, in-memory results.
