What Is the Mail Merge & Batch Document Generator?

A local template-and-data workspace for personalized letters, notices, labels and other repeated documents. It supports CSV and XLSX recipient rows, named placeholders and optional conditional blocks without uploading the source list.

How It Works

Import a table whose first row contains column names. Insert fields as double-braced placeholders, preview each recipient, and resolve any missing-column warnings. Download individual text files in a ZIP or a combined PDF reading copy.

When to Use It
