Post-Production Deliverables & QC Tracker
Control post stages, versioned delivery assets, timecode QC notes, checksums and 3-2-1 archive handoff in one local workspace.
What Is the Post-Production Deliverables & QC Tracker?
The Post-Production Deliverables & QC Tracker is a delivery control room for post stages, masters, mixes, captions, localization, VFX, marketing files, documentation and archive copies. It keeps version, owner, vendor, recipient, due date, dependency, specification, approval, file reference, SHA-256 and timecode-specific QC notes together without pretending to inspect or transcode the media.
How It Works
Build the post schedule, add each recipient requirement and technical profile to the delivery manifest, and record version changes and approvals. Select the project frame rate and drop-frame mode, log QC in/out timecodes, calculate a local SHA-256 for finished files, then review archive copies against a 3-2-1 planning check backed by checksum or manifest references. Export a complete or limited-redaction PDF, CSV, XLSX or JSON handoff.
When to Use It
Use it from dailies and picture lock through online, color, mix, accessibility, localization, delivery and archive wrap. Always replace sample requirements with the recipient's current specification and complete technical, creative, accessibility and legal review in the proper production systems.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Does It Run Automated QC On Video Or Audio?
- No. It records human or vendor QC findings and fix notes. It does not decode, watch, listen to, measure or certify an audiovisual master.
- What Does The 3-2-1 Check Mean?
- It checks whether the register contains at least three copies, two media types, one offsite copy and a checksum-verification record for each copy. It is a planning prompt, not a preservation guarantee.
