What Is the PDF Table to Excel & CSV Studio?

An editable extraction desk for tables in text-based PDFs. It groups text by position and assigns blocks to columns using user-defined page-width boundaries. A bank-statement layout presets Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance without claiming to understand or reconcile your accounts.

How It Works

Open a PDF, choose a general or statement preset, set comma-separated column boundaries and crop margins, then rebuild the table. Adjust row tolerance if rows merge or split. Edit cells or remove unwanted rows and export a real XLSX workbook, CSV or JSON with source page numbers.

When to Use It

Move tables from invoices, reports or statements into a spreadsheet while keeping the original available for review. Unlike PDF-to-text, this workspace lets you explicitly define columns and correct the resulting grid.
