Video Audio Extractor & Media Demux Studio
Extract and trim the primary audio track from video or media into MP3, WAV, M4A/AAC or FLAC with local FFmpeg processing.
What Is the Video Audio Extractor & Media Demux Studio?
A local media-demux and audio-delivery workspace for MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV and other formats supported by the bundled FFmpeg WebAssembly engine. It can extract an optional time range, choose mono or stereo, set sample rate, and encode MP3, PCM WAV, M4A/AAC or lossless FLAC.
How It Works
Open a source, review it in the video player, optionally set start and end seconds, then choose format, bitrate, sample rate and channels. Export runs locally and downloads the completed audio file when finished.
When to Use It
Create podcast edits, interview pulls, transcription audio, sound references and music or dialogue handoffs from media you are authorized to process. The focused export uses the first audio stream and intentionally omits other tracks, chapters, subtitles and attachments.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is My Video Uploaded?
- No. FFmpeg WebAssembly reads and encodes the media in this browser tab.
- Which Format Should I Choose?
- Use MP3 for broad compatibility, M4A/AAC for efficient modern delivery, WAV for uncompressed editing, or FLAC for lossless storage with smaller files than WAV.
- Can It Extract Every Language Track?
- This focused tool exports the primary audio stream. Multi-track routing and language selection require a dedicated desktop media workflow.
